Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S. proof required upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance in your name preferred
- Personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
- Ability to use a smartphone and company mobile app proficiently
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance preferred
- Experience in a physically active or customer service role is a plus
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor
- Use the companys mobile app on your smartphone to log service details including arrival departure tracking and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property climbing stairs and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Provide efficient trash collection services maintaining cleanliness in the apartment community
- Communicate any service issues or non-compliance observed during rounds
- Follow all safety protocols including wearing provided gloves and vests
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with residents and team members
