Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation: open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with a data plan to use our mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to use a smartphone with a data plan for company app
- Good physical condition to walk long distances and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Experience in customer service or similar roles is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use our company's mobile app on your smartphone to log service details, including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned apartment community areas
- Communicate promptly with supervisors regarding service issues or property concerns
- Follow safety protocols and wear provided gloves, vests, and protective gear
- Attend periodic training sessions and participate in team meetings
