We are currently seeking part-time Trash Collectors, also referred to as Service Valets, to join our team in maintaining cleanliness and order within apartment communities. This role is perfect for individuals who want to stay physically active while earning extra income. Service Valets play a critical role in collecting trash and recycling bags directly from residents' doorsteps and transporting them to on-site trash compactors using their personal open-bed pickup trucks or vehicles equipped with trailers. This position requires no off-site driving, heavy lifting of bulk items, or dumping duties. You will be utilizing a company mobile app on your smartphone to log service details, such as arrival and departure times, tracking, and photographic documentation of any non-compliance issues. The work environment involves walking throughout the property, climbing stairs, and working outdoors in all weather conditions, making it a dynamic and hands-on job.

As a part-time employee, you can expect to work approximately 10-15 hours per week, typically scheduled from Sunday to Thursday starting at around 9:00 AM, with some locations offering later start times. The pay range for this position is competitive, at $15-20 per hour. Assignments are designed to be close to home whenever possible to support convenience and work-life balance.
