Job Description

Valet Living is a reputable service company dedicated to maintaining the cleanliness and appeal of apartment communities across the United States. Established with a mission to enhance living environments, Valet Living provides comprehensive hospitality and asset management services designed to improve residents' quality of life. As a company, Valet Living emphasizes community partnership, reliability, and a strong work ethic, striving to make every property they serve a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming place to call home. They specialize in hands-on services like trash collection, package delivery, and resident communication, forming integral connections within the apartment community housing market.

We are currently hiring part-time Trash Collectors, also known as Service Valets, to join our team and help keep apartment communities clean and organized. This role is ideal for individuals seeking a physically active part-time job with flexible hours and close-to-home assignments. As a Service Valet, you will be responsible for collecting trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps and transporting them to on-site trash compactors. This role does not involve heavy lifting of bulk items, off-site driving, or dumping, making it manageable and safe. Each day, you will walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions, ensuring a hands-on, dynamic experience.

The position offers competitive pay starting at $17 per hour with daytime shifts primarily from Sunday to Thursday starting at 8:00 AM, though some locations may offer later start times. You will typically work about 10 to 15 hours per week, enabling you to earn extra income without interfering heavily with other commitments. One of the key benefits of this job is the use of the company’s mobile app on your smartphone, which allows you to log your service activities including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos seamlessly. This technological support helps streamline your daily tasks and keeps you connected throughout your shift.

Valet Living prioritizes employee safety and support by providing gloves, vests, and safety gear. The company also values career growth and offers opportunities to advance into leadership roles for those who show dedication and skill. You can also benefit from fast pay through DailyPay and earn referral bonuses by bringing others onto the team. The role requires you to be at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the U.S., and ideally possess a smartphone with a data plan. Having a personal pick-up truck or vehicle with a trailer and a valid driver’s license and insurance is preferred but not always mandatory.

Joining Valet Living means becoming part of a team that embraces diversity, values hard work and reliability, and is passionate about making a positive difference in communities. The application window is ongoing, providing a steady opportunity for those interested in a part-time job that keeps you active, engaged, and connected to your local neighborhood.
