Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- associate degree preferred
- two years of related customer service and sales experience preferred
- two years of related inventory control experience preferred
- professional verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel with ability to learn new software programs quickly
- excellent time management and multi-tasking skills and attention to detail
- self-motivated and willing to assume responsibilities without constant supervision
- ability to examine data, draw conclusions, and solve problems

- physically able to perform packaging tasks and lift up to 50 lbs
Job Duties
- assist with processing store orders by checking orders, locating, and extracting merchandise from shelves and storage areas, packing/assembling orders, scanning, and labeling packages
- ensure accuracy and completeness of orders packed and shipped
- assist in receiving and arrange inventory deliveries of merchandise or supplies into their designated storage areas
- inspect inventory for damage, flaws, and irregularities upon delivery
- assist with all organizational shipping and fulfillment needs
- prepare for yearly convention by sorting, labeling, and packing selected items
- assist with membership packet fulfillment process, including processing packets for bulk mail shipment
- assist with inventory reconciliation
- provide daily maintenance of department and organizational needs
- process weekly mailing of Advisor Edge pins
- provide high quality customer service by packaging and handling pick-up orders for walk-in customers
- support implementation of the strategic plan
