The Tea Server acts as the first point of contact, ensuring each visitor feels welcomed and valued, which helps foster a positive and inviting atmosphere aligned with The Navigators' core values and purpose. The employee in this role is expected to uphold high standards of customer service, manage service stations efficiently, operate point-of-sale systems confidently, and handle guest inquiries to deliver an exceptional tea service experience consistently.
This position is part-time with an hourly wage of $16.15, providing a supportive environment for those seeking to contribute meaningfully to a faith-based organization while developing key skills in customer service and hospitality. The Tea Server also participates in Navigators’ cultural, developmental, and organizational activities, which supports personal and professional growth in alignment with the organization’s mission and values. Overall, this position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a mission-driven organization that emphasizes spiritual development, collaboration, and dedication to excellence in service.
