Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, primarily weekends
  • Weekend availability is a must
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to stand, walk, lift and bend for up to 8 hours a day
  • Must be able to possess an Indiana Bartender's Permit
  • Because of the nature of this position, must be at least 21 years of age
  • Prior experience in retail or customer service is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary
  • Solid math skills required
  • Must be physically capable to handle standing, walking and lifting tasks
  • Must be flexible and responsive to last minute requests
  • Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision

  • Possess an Indiana Bartender's Permit
  • Be at least 21 years of age

Job Duties

  • Greet customers promptly and courteously
  • Create a welcoming environment for customers by assisting and responding to inquiries
  • Guide customers to wines they enjoy
  • Assist with setup and cleanup of daily operations and special events
  • Stock wine and retail merchandise in the tasting room
  • Assist with quarterly inventory and accurately perform money handling procedures
  • Offer tours of the winemaking facility
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
