Job Requirements
- Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, primarily weekends
- Weekend availability is a must
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand, walk, lift and bend for up to 8 hours a day
- Must be able to possess an Indiana Bartender's Permit
- Because of the nature of this position, must be at least 21 years of age
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary
- Solid math skills required
- Must be physically capable to handle standing, walking and lifting tasks
- Must be flexible and responsive to last minute requests
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision

- Solid math skills
- Possess an Indiana Bartender's Permit
- Be at least 21 years of age

Job Duties
- Greet customers promptly and courteously
- Create a welcoming environment for customers by assisting and responding to inquiries
- Guide customers to wines they enjoy
- Assist with setup and cleanup of daily operations and special events
- Stock wine and retail merchandise in the tasting room
- Assist with quarterly inventory and accurately perform money handling procedures
- Offer tours of the winemaking facility
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
