We are currently seeking a friendly, outgoing, and motivated Summer Intern to join our Ontario branch as a Temporary Branch Concierge. This paid, part-time internship opportunity is ideal for individuals interested in customer service, banking, or anyone looking to gain professional experience in a dynamic, people-oriented setting. Scheduled for a flexible part-time timetable during Summer 2026, the role offers a practical introduction to the world of financial services and branch operations. The internship will involve working Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday for 6 hours per day, and Thursday for 4 to 5 hours per day, providing a balanced yet engaging work schedule.

As a Branch Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for members visiting the branch, playing a crucial role in building positive first impressions and delivering seamless member experiences. You will learn the essentials of teller transactions and new account processes while supporting general branch operations and administrative tasks. This role is designed to offer exposure to day-to-day branch activities, including assisting in operational controls, reviewing reports, and participating in key audits and preparations for branch changes such as relocations.

This internship not only offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a member-facing capacity but also provides a solid foundation in financial services and credit union operations. As part of a supportive and community-driven organization, you will develop valuable skills in communication, customer service, teamwork, and operational processes. Working closely with experienced branch staff, you will be guided in nurturing a welcoming atmosphere that ensures members feel supported and valued throughout their visit. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and understand the intricacies of a professional banking environment without requiring previous banking experience. Emphasizing a positive attitude, initiative, and attention to detail, the Summer Branch Concierge internship is an excellent stepping stone toward a future career in financial services or related fields.
