Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
- a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
- ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store regularly
- ability to stock merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds on shelves at various heights (stocker)
- ability to comply with company cash handling policies
- effective communication skills

Job Duties
- Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to direct leader
- upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility
- processes customer purchases and performs general cleaning duties
- stocks shelves and merchandise displays neatly
- provides exceptional customer service and assists customers with their shopping experience
- provides feedback to management on products, inventory losses, scanning errors, and general issues
- participates in taking store inventory counts and monitors inventory accuracy
- adheres to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
- stocks shelves and rotates product properly to guarantee fresh availability
- follows merchandising planograms to create excellently merchandised displays
- organizes new inventory and removes and breaks down empty boxes
- operates machinery and follows all safety procedures
