This part-time position at ALDI offers a dynamic and engaging role as either a Cashier or Stocker, providing vital support to the daily operations of the store. As a Cashier, team members operate registers, handle customer transactions efficiently, and assist shoppers with their needs, delivering exceptional customer service while upholding cash handling policies and store procedures. In the Stocker role, employees are responsible for receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise to guarantee product freshness and presentation according to merchandising standards. This position requires operating various warehouse equipment safely and ensuring that the sales floor remains organized and inviting. ALDI Stockers must have availability for morning shifts starting as early as 5:00 a.m., reflecting the operational needs of the stores.
Both roles demand physical activities including standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting, with stockers sometimes required to handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
