Job Description

ALDI is a leading grocery retailer dedicated to enhancing the customer shopping experience in a collaborative team environment. As an ALDI Cashier or Stocker, you will operate registers, stock shelves, maintain store appearance, and provide exceptional customer service on a daily basis.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
ability to perform general cleaning duties to company standards
ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
excellent verbal communication skills
ability to work independently and within a team environment
effective time management
knowledge of products and services of the company
ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
comply with state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages
ability to operate equipment safely and properly, including electric/manual hand jack, floor scrubber, and cardboard baler
ALDI Stockers must have morning availability to accommodate store operational responsibilities and be available to work morning shifts with start times as early as 5:00 a.m.
