Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
- Ability to stock merchandise from receiving to shelving
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, carry, and walk about the store regularly
- Ability to work morning shifts starting at 5:00 a.m.
- Ability to follow safety procedures when operating machinery
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Stocker: morning availability for early shifts starting as early as 5:00 a.m.
Job Duties
- Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to direct leader
- Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility
- Performs duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- Processes customer purchases
- Performs general cleaning duties
- Stocks shelves and merchandise displays neatly
- Provides exceptional customer service
- Assists customers with their shopping experience
- Provides feedback to management on products, inventory losses, scanning errors, and general issues
- Participates in taking store inventory counts and monitoring inventory for accuracy
- Adheres to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
- Stocks shelves and rotates product properly
- Follows merchandising planograms to create merchandised displays
- Organizes new inventory, removes and breaks down empty boxes
- Operates machinery and follows safety procedures
