Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
- Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift up to 45 pounds, and walk about the store regularly
- Availability for part-time work fewer than 30 hours per week
- Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- Willingness to adhere to ALDI’s policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Stocker: Ability to operate equipment safely and properly including electric/manual hand jack, floor scrubber, and cardboard baler
- Stocker: Morning availability to work shifts starting as early as 5:00 a.m.
Job Duties
- Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to direct leader
- Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility
- Performs duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- Processes customer purchases and operates cash register efficiently
- Provides exceptional customer service and assists customers with their shopping experience
- Stocks shelves and merchandise displays neatly
- Provides feedback to management on products, inventory losses, scanning errors, and general issues
- Participates in taking store inventory counts according to guidelines
- Adheres to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
- Stocks shelves and rotates product properly to ensure freshness
- Follows merchandising planograms to create excellently merchandised displays
- Organizes new inventory and removes and breaks down empty boxes
- Operates machinery and follows all safety procedures
- Performs general cleaning duties
- Maintains store appearance and product availability
