Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to provide superior customer service
- Able to multitask effectively
- Capable of working independently or within a team
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0-2 years of related full-time work experience preferred
- Experience in retail stocking, cashiering, and selling preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a team or independently
- Basic computer skills and mathematical aptitude
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail
Job Duties
- Provide superior customer service including greeting customers, answering questions, suggestive selling, and assisting with special requests
- Prepare and package products such as juice, sliced deli meat, and produce
- Operate point of sale systems accurately and securely process customer purchases
- Receive, stock, and merchandise products ensuring proper rotation and product quality
- Promote store programs like loyalty rewards, express orders, and gift cards to increase customer retention
- Participate in sales activities including marketing initiatives, contests, and promotional events
- Maintain store cleanliness and perform general facility maintenance
- Safely operate equipment including slicing machines, tow motors, forklifts, and power tools
- Perform other duties as assigned
