Job Requirements

Be self motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
Ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight is necessary, up to 40lbs
Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
Clean background check, and reliable transportation a must
Must possess excellent guest service and communication skills

Job Duties

Follow 15/5 rule, make eye contact and smile at 15 feet, greet guest within 5 feet, to ensure complete guest satisfaction
Responsible for maintaining a clean service area, clean tables and chairs, floors, and equipment
Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverage and food products, cash handling and store safety and security
Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
