Job Requirements
- Experience in a food service role in a restaurant, hotel or similar environment preferred
- Attention to detail with the ability to be thorough in work
- Ability to work independently while maintaining timelines
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to navigate various departments of the organization's physical premises

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality Starbucks beverages according to company recipes and standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and creating a friendly, welcoming environment
- Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and other tools
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including the beverage preparation area, customer seating, and restroom facilities
- Stand for prolonged periods of time
- Lift up to 50 pounds
