Job Requirements
- Be 18 years or older
- available to work four or more days per week including Sundays and Mondays
- able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- able to stand for up to six hours at a time
- reliable transportation to and from the work location
- comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
- demonstrate a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- excellent communication skills
- motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
- comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
Job Duties
- Drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life through live events and product sampling
- support leadership by assisting with reporting and training tasks
- manage scheduling for team events and activities
- set up and break down demonstration areas and equipment
- assist with interviewing and onboarding new team members
- ensure cleanliness and preparation of work areas and equipment
- maintain safety standards in the retail environment
