Job Requirements

Be 18 years or older
Available to work 4 or more days a week including Sunday and Monday
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Ability to stand for up to 6 hours
Comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
Reliable transportation to and from work location
Demonstrate safety-first mentality in a retail environment
Friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing demeanor

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Motivated self-starter with strong bias for action
Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required
Basic training will be provided

Job Duties

Drive sales by engaging customers and providing live events and sampling
Support leadership through reporting and training
Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations
Set up and break down demo equipment
Assist with interviewing and onboarding new team members
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Ensure safety compliance during events
