This role as a Shoe Runner at Scheels represents an exciting opportunity for candidates who are passionate about retail and customer service. Starting at $17.00 per hour, this position requires individuals to be adaptable and proactive, working a flexible schedule that falls between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sundays. The average commitment is about 20 hours per week, with expectations to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and availability every other weekend.

As a Shoe Runner, you will be an integral part of the footwear department, engaging directly with customers and supporting sales associates to ensure a seamless and pleasant shopping experience. Your responsibilities will involve assisting in men’s, women’s, and youth shoe areas by selecting shoes from backstock, organizing products, and maintaining accurate inventory data. You will also play a vital role in processing shoe returns and replenishing the sales floor, contributing to an organized and clutter-free environment that enhances customer satisfaction.
