Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Own a reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Have auto insurance with coverage listing employee as a driver
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Possess a smartphone with data plan
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Capable of walking long distances and climbing stairs multiple times per shift
- Comfortable working around trash, odors, and waste
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Own an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer
- Valid driver’s license
- Auto insurance covering the employee as a driver
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to use a smartphone with a data plan
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift
- Comfortable working around trash and odors
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash from residents doorsteps
- Transport trash to on-site dumpsters or compactors using own pickup truck or trailer-equipped vehicle
- Walk the property and climb stairs each night
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions including rain, heat, and cold
- Use a mobile app for route management and communication
- Follow all safety protocols including wearing gloves and safety vests
- Maintain a steady pace to complete assigned routes within scheduled shifts
