We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Part-time Trash Collectors, also known as Service Valets, to assist in keeping apartment communities clean and welcoming. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time work that offers both physical activity and supplemental income. The position primarily involves collecting trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps and transporting them to onsite trash compactors, with no requirement for heavy lifting of bulk items, off-site driving, or dumping. Using a proprietary mobile app on your smartphone, you will log service details such as arrival and departure times, track your duties, and capture non-compliance photos, ensuring thorough and efficient service management.

This hands-on role demands physical activity, including walking the property, climbing stairs, and working outdoors in diverse weather conditions. Scheduled typically during evening hours (Sunday through Thursday) starting at 7:00 or 8:00 PM, the position offers around 10 to 15+ hours per week, providing flexibility ideal for those seeking extra income alongside other commitments. Pay rates can reach up to $22 per hour, particularly in locations such as Brentwood, Franklin, Spring Hill, and Bellevue.
