Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with a data plan for mobile app use
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance preferred
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift
- Familiarity with smartphone use and mobile apps
- Prefer personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance preferred
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor
- Use company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs to complete trash collection routes
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
- Follow safety protocols and wear company-provided gloves, vests, and gear
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient service delivery
- Report any issues or non-compliance observed during the route
