This opportunity is for a part-time Trash Collector, also known as a Service Valet, to work within apartment communities. This role is ideal for someone who wants to earn extra income while staying physically active and engaged in their neighborhood. The position entails collecting trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps and transporting these to the on-site trash compactor, without the need for heavy lifting of bulk items, driving off-site, or waste dumping. Using a company-provided mobile app on their smartphone, employees log service details such as arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos, ensuring clear communication and efficient task management.

The job involves physically demanding tasks, including walking the property, climbing stairs, and working outdoors in all weather conditions. Scheduled primarily during evening shifts from Sunday through Thursday, starting at 7 or 8 PM, this part-time position offers approximately 10-15+ hours a week, making it perfect for individuals who prefer flexible hours or supplementary income.
