Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation: open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Ownership or access to a smartphone with a data plan
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance with applicant listed as covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with data plan
- Ability to use mobile applications
- Good physical condition to perform active job duties
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within apartment communities using personal open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Transport collected waste to on-site trash compactors
- Use company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs as necessary during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Wear provided safety gear such as gloves and vests
- Maintain communication with supervisors and team members
