- own a reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer
- hold a valid driver's license
- possess auto insurance listing the applicant as a covered driver
- authorized to work in the U.S.
- able to use a smartphone with a data plan
- physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- able to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift
- comfortable working around trash, odors, and waste
- willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
