Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation with open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S with proof required upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan to use the company mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Comfort working outdoors in all weather
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Experience using smartphones and mobile applications
- Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with coverage as a driver
- Authorization to work in the U.S
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within an apartment community
- Transport collected items to the on-site trash compactor using your open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use company mobile app to log service details including arrival departure tracking and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs regularly during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Follow safety protocols and use provided protective gear
- Maintain communication with supervisors regarding service issues
