- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance in your name for drivers
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather types
Job Qualifications

- Experience with using smartphones and mobile apps
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable walking long distances and climbing stairs
- Reliable personal vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name for drivers with pickup truck or trailer
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within apartment communities
- Transport collected bags to the on-site trash compactor
- Use a mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk extensively around the property and climb stairs multiple times per shift
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance standards
- Communicate any service issues or resident non-compliance effectively
