Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation with open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation including open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to use smartphone with data plan to operate company mobile app
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors and around bagged trash
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within apartment communities
- Transport collected trash to on-site trash compactor using personal vehicle
- Use company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs to ensure comprehensive service coverage
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Follow safety protocols and wear provided protective gear
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and residents as needed
