Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation such as open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with applicant listed as covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
- Smartphone with data plan to use company mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times during a shift
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Experience using smartphone apps for job-related tasks
- Ability to work evening shifts Sunday through Thursday
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within the apartment community using personal open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Transport collected trash to on-site trash compactor
- Use company’s mobile app to log service details including arrival and departure times, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property extensively and climb stairs as required during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Follow safety protocols by wearing gloves, vests, and other provided gear
- Report any issues or non-compliance observed during service rounds
