Job Requirements
- at least 18 years old
- reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle hauling a trailer
- valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- authorized to work in the U.S.
- smartphone with a data plan
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times
- comfortable working in outdoor conditions around bagged trash and waste
Job Qualifications
- at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps
- transport trash to on-site compactor using an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer
- use company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and photos
- walk the property and climb stairs frequently
- work outdoors in various weather conditions
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- communicate with management about service issues
