Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan to use mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Able to walk long distances and climb stairs during shifts
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Possess a smartphone with a data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times during a shift
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within apartment communities
- Transport collected trash to on-site trash compactors using personal open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use company’s mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, and photos
- Walk and climb stairs extensively while performing duties
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness and contribute to a welcoming community environment
- Follow safety protocols and wear provided safety gear
