- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the US (proof required upon hire)
- Smartphone with a data plan to operate the company mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Automotive insurance with coverage as a listed driver
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to use a smartphone and mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions and walk extensively
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community using your vehicle
- Transport collected trash to the on-site trash compactor using a truck or vehicle with a trailer
- Use the company’s mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness standards without heavy lifting of bulk items, off-site driving, or dumping
- Adhere to safety protocols and use provided gloves, vests, and gear
