Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver s license and auto insurance with employee listed as covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U S proof required upon hire
- Smartphone with data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times during shift
- Comfort working outdoors in all weather
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver s license
- Auto insurance with employee listed as covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U S with proof upon hire
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs repeatedly
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Smartphone with data plan to use company app
- Reliable transportation consisting of open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within apartment communities using own truck or vehicle with trailer
- Transport collected trash to on-site trash compactors
- Use company mobile app to log arrival, departure, service tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk property and climb stairs as needed while performing duties
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness without handling bulk heavy lifting or off-site driving
- Communicate effectively with team and supervisors
