- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with data plan
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Own a reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to use a smartphone with a data plan for mobile app
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs repeatedly
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within apartment communities
- Transport trash to on-site compactors using an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs frequently
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Follow safety protocols including wearing gloves and vests
- Communicate effectively with team and management
