Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation with open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
- Willingness to work evening shifts typically Sunday through Thursday
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
- Valid driver’s license
- Auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Smartphone with data plan to use company’s mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community
- Transport trash and recycling to the on-site compactor using an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use the company’s mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Follow safety guidelines and wear provided gear
- Maintain reliable and timely service to assigned properties
