Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Smartphone with a data plan to use the company’s mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times during shifts
- Valid driver’s license
- Auto insurance with applicant listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- At least 18 years old

- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof of eligibility
- Comfortable using smartphone technology and mobile apps
- Ability to work evenings, particularly Sunday through Thursday
- Capable of physical activity including walking and climbing stairs frequently
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community using an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Transport collected waste to on-site trash compactors
- Use the company’s mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs to collect waste
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness throughout the service area
- Communicate any issues or service challenges to management
