Job Description

Valet Living is a reputable and growing company dedicated to enhancing community living by providing superior service valet solutions across numerous apartment communities nationwide. Specializing in doorstep trash and recycling collection, Valet Living plays a vital role in maintaining clean and welcoming environments for residents. As an employer, Valet Living is committed to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion, creating opportunities for career growth, and ensuring a safe and supportive workplace for all employees. The company values reliability, hard work, and the ability to make a positive difference within the communities they serve.

This specific opportunity is for part-time Trash Collectors, also known as Service Valets, who will actively contribute to the cleanliness and upkeep of apartment complexes. This role requires a personal and reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle capable of hauling a trailer to efficiently collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps and transport them to on-site trash compactors. The job is physically engaging, offering a chance to stay active through walking, stair climbing, and working in various weather conditions without the strain of lifting heavy bulk items or performing off-site driving and dumping. The position is ideal for individuals seeking a flexible evening schedule, excellent for earning additional income while balancing other commitments.

Pay for this part-time position ranges from $17 to $20 per hour, with shifts typically scheduled Sunday through Thursday evenings starting at 7:00 PM or 8:00 PM. The average weekly hours range from 10 to 15+, providing consistency for those looking to supplement their earnings while staying local with assignments generally near their residence. The role includes using a company-provided mobile app on a smartphone to track and log service details such as arrival and departure times, service completion, and photographing non-compliance instances. This technology-driven aspect streamlines the reporting process and enhances operational efficiency.

This job offers more than just competitive pay and flexible hours—it also provides fast access to earnings through DailyPay, meaningful career progression opportunities including leadership roles, and incentives like referral bonuses. Employees are supported with essential safety gear including gloves and vests as well as a supportive team culture that values diligence and community impact. Applicants who meet the requirements will find a rewarding role that balances physical activity, technology use, and community service in a positive and steady work environment. Valet Living’s ongoing application window invites motivated individuals to apply and join a diverse workforce committed to workplace equality and respectful treatment across all demographics.
