Job Requirements
- Open-bed pickup truck or vehicle capable of hauling a trailer
- reliable personal transportation
- valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance listing applicant as a covered driver
- physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to work evenings typically Sunday through Thursday starting at 7 or 8 PM
- authorized to work in the U.S. with appropriate documentation
- smartphone with a data plan for using the company’s mobile app
- willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather
- must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- valid driver's license and auto insurance with the applicant listed as a covered driver
- authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- able to walk long distances and climb stairs repeatedly during shifts
- smartphone with data plan to use company mobile app
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within apartment communities
- transport collected trash to on-site trash compactor using a personal truck or vehicle with trailer
- use company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- walk long distances and climb stairs repeatedly during shifts
- work outdoors in various weather conditions
- follow safety protocols by using provided gloves, vests, and gear
- maintain punctuality and reliability for scheduled evening shifts
