- Must be at least 18 years old
- must own a reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- valid driver's license and auto insurance listing you as a covered driver
- authorized to work in the U.S. with proof at hire
- smartphone with data plan
- able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- able to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift
- comfortable working around trash, odors, and waste
- willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash from residents' doorsteps using your own pickup truck or trailer-equipped vehicle
- transport collected trash to on-site dumpsters or compactors
- walk the property and climb stairs during each shift
- follow safety protocols by wearing provided gloves, vests, and gear
- work outdoors in various weather conditions
- maintain punctuality and reliability for scheduled shifts
- communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
