Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or GED
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and clean criminal history
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Detail oriented and excels in a fast-paced, results driven environment
  • Availability to work Monday 8am - 6pm, Tuesday to Friday 4pm - 6pm, Saturdays as needed
  • Ability to follow up promptly and maintain clear, professional communication
  • Basic computer proficiency

  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Duties

  • Be the primary contact for inbound phone calls
  • Act as a liaison to Service Advisors by obtaining client information and primary concerns
  • Assist in scheduling service appointments
  • Communicate with clients on behalf of the Advisor during the service experience
  • Follow-up with clients after service is complete to ensure exceptional experience
  • Consult with customers to understand their needs and provide recommended course of action
  • Arrange appropriate alternate transportation for clients
  • Generate repair orders and estimates
  • Thoroughly explain completed work and charges
