Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent such as HSED or GED
Serving experience
Ability to obtain Alcohol Serving Permit within 10 days from date of hire
Ability to complete Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission Server Training Course within 30 days from date of hire
Must be 19 years of age or older
Ability to follow instructions
Ability to work a flexible schedule and show up in a timely manner
Ability to follow proper health and safety codes
Ability to maintain acceptable standards of personal hygiene while working in a fast paced environment

Job Duties

Serve guests during service hours assuring a memorable guest service experience with impeccable guest service attitude
Assist with dining room setup and close down
Perform cash closeout duties
Maintain standards of presentation and quality of service
Attend server trainings
