The Part-Time Server position at Vinarosa Resort & Spa, specifically within the John Ash Restaurant's Food & Beverage Department, plays a crucial role in delivering a refined and consistent dining experience aligned with the resort’s luxury standards. Job Requirements
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Ability to carry service trays
- Ability to perform repetitive motions associated with food and beverage service

- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience in restaurant or hotel service is preferred

Job Duties
- Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to all guests in accordance with luxury hotel standards
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of food, beverage, wine, and cocktail offerings, including ingredients and preparation
- Accurately take and enter guest orders using the property POS system
- Deliver food and beverages with correct timing, presentation, and service etiquette
- Monitor service pacing to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience
- Execute upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and increase check averages
- Maintain clean, organized tables, service stations, and dining areas throughout service
