Job Requirements
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle guest inquiries professionally
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling and transactions
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and sales revenue
- Experience with OpenTable reservations system, serving techniques, and host/hostess responsibilities is a plus
