You will also be responsible for managing cash handling duties, processing payments correctly, and operating cashiering systems including OpenTable for reservations management.

Additionally, you will assist with basic food handling and preparation, as well as bussing tables to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Ensuring strict compliance with food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures at all times is crucial to this position. Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs
  • Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle guest inquiries professionally
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
  • Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling and transactions
  • Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and sales revenue
  • Experience with OpenTable reservations system, serving techniques, and host/hostess responsibilities is a plus
