As a Part-Time Server, you will be instrumental in enhancing the dining experience for residents in both casual and fine dining settings. Your duties will range from carrying trays and offering beverages to warmly greeting and guiding residents through menu selections, accurately taking orders, and serving a full range of courses from beverages to desserts. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized dining area by resetting tables, handling dishes with care, refilling water carafes, and assisting with cleaning tasks such as vacuuming carpets and cleaning the salad bar. The role also includes delivering room service meals and attentively responding to resident comments or concerns, ensuring that their dining experience is both enjoyable and memorable.

To be successful in this role, you must be at least 15 years old and able to communicate effectively in English. No prior work experience is required, making this an accessible opportunity for those new to the workforce. However, you will need to secure the required food handler permits within two weeks of hire, and if applicable, obtain a work permit as mandated by state regulations before starting employment.
