Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of experience in food service preferred but not required
  • Ability to lift and carry trays of food, drinks, and dishes
  • Strong customer service abilities
  • Understanding of foodservice principles and practices
  • Knowledge of State Department of Health regulations
  • Successful completion of background and reference checks
  • Successful completion of drug and alcohol screen

Job Duties

  • Provide friendly and professional food service to guests
  • Maintain a clean and inviting dining room environment
  • Perform side work duties to support restaurant operations
  • Manage inventory of needed supplies
  • Comply with all health and safety standards and Department of Health regulations
  • Collaborate with the Dining Room Manager and Property Manager to ensure smooth service
  • Assist customers with menu questions and special requests
