Job Requirements

- One year of experience in food service preferred but not required
- Ability to lift and carry trays of food, drinks, and dishes
- Strong customer service abilities
- Understanding of foodservice principles and practices
- Knowledge of State Department of Health regulations
- Successful completion of background and reference checks
- Successful completion of drug and alcohol screen

Job Duties
- Provide friendly and professional food service to guests
- Maintain a clean and inviting dining room environment
- Perform side work duties to support restaurant operations
- Manage inventory of needed supplies
- Comply with all health and safety standards and Department of Health regulations
- Collaborate with the Dining Room Manager and Property Manager to ensure smooth service
- Assist customers with menu questions and special requests
