With over 60 communities nationwide, RLC blends compassionate care with a luxurious environment, providing residents with a lifestyle that promotes independence, wellness, and social engagement. As a family-owned and fast-growing company, RLC fosters a supportive atmosphere grounded in its Core Values of Respect, Honesty, Kindness & Compassion, and Service Excellence. This core philosophy ensures that every employee feels valued and empowered to contribute to a meaningful mission.

At RLC, serving seniors isn't just a job—it's a calling. The company prioritizes the happiness of employees and residents alike, striving for full occupancy and on-budget operations to maintain excellence in every aspect of service. Joining RLC means becoming part of a close-knit, servant-hearted community where meaningful connections are cultivated daily.

About the Role: As a Part-Time Server at Resort Lifestyle Communities, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the dining experiences of senior residents. This is more than just serving meals; it's about crafting joyful and memorable moments that positively impact residents' daily lives. Collaborating with a dedicated team, you will share ideas, respond thoughtfully to feedback, and help nurture a positive, caring community culture.

Your responsibilities will encompass assisting residents during casual dining by carrying trays and offering beverages, as well as providing attentive service in fine dining settings through warm greetings, guiding menu selections, and accurately taking orders. You'll manage multiple courses ranging from beverages to desserts, consistently ensuring residents feel valued. Maintaining a pristine and inviting dining room environment is also part of the role, involving clearing and resetting tables, managing dishware with care, and setting tables before meals. In addition, you will contribute to cleanliness by vacuuming carpets, cleaning the salad bar, and completing other essential cleaning duties.

Delivering room service meals with a friendly and positive attitude rounds out your direct service responsibilities. You will listen attentively to resident comments or concerns, escalating feedback to managers as necessary, all while stepping in to support other team members and complete additional tasks as assigned. This role is perfect for individuals who possess a servant-hearted attitude and enjoy working in a family-oriented, resort-style environment that values purpose and community.

RLC offers an array of compelling perks for its employees, including pay on demand, employee discounts, and valuable real-world experience especially suitable for first-time job seekers. Experienced servers are also welcomed to make an immediate impact. Working with RLC provides an opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven role where every day offers a chance to make a difference in the lives of seniors. Embark on a rewarding career path that blends service excellence with heartfelt care by joining Resort Lifestyle Communities today.
