Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to work in variable weather conditions
- Ability to lift, push or pull 25 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of drink recipes, standard signature drinks and wine lists
- Working knowledge of POS system and cashiering
- Ability to read, comprehend and carry out instructions
- Excellent command of the English language
- Multilingual is helpful but not required
- Work efficiently using multi-tasking and task prioritization skills
- Service level consistent with established SOPs
- Adherence to uniform, grooming and personal hygiene standards
- Ongoing cleaning and maintenance of workstation
- Punctuality and adherence to schedule
- Attendance at mandatory meetings
- Personal comportment consistent with company standards
- Ability to identify and report potential problems to management
Job Duties
- Interacting and providing food and drinks for guests in restaurant and event areas
- Responsible for area cleanliness
- Wait station properly set according to SOPs
- Make sure all side work is complete
- Review menu daily for changes, specials and 86 lists
- Describe menu items and wines as requested
- Follow service and house standards and expectations at all times
- Open all wine and water bottles
- Properly take orders and keep tickets neat and organized
- Enter orders accurately in the Micros system
- Handle all payment methods
- Ensure all closing side work is thoroughly completed
