The employee must stay updated with menu changes, specials, and any items that are unavailable (86 lists), and be able to describe menu items and wines upon request, following the training they've received. Service in this role must comply strictly with the house standards and expectations, ensuring a consistent and uniform level of hospitality. Additional responsibilities include opening all wine and water bottles, accurately taking orders, maintaining neat and organized order tickets, inputting orders into the Micros point of service system, and handling multiple payment methods securely. At the end of shifts, the employee must complete all closing side work thoroughly, again following the SOPs to maintain operational excellence. This role demands reliability and a strict adherence to schedules and punctuality, excellent service and organizational skills, and the ability to function efficiently in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of drink recipes, standard signature drinks and wine lists
  • Working knowledge of POS system and cashiering
  • Ability to read, comprehend and carry out instructions
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Multilingual is helpful but not required
  • Work efficiently using multi-tasking and task prioritization skills
  • Service level consistent with established SOPs
  • Adherence to uniform, grooming and personal hygiene standards
  • Ongoing cleaning and maintenance of workstation
  • Punctuality and adherence to schedule
  • Attendance at mandatory meetings
  • Personal comportment consistent with company standards
  • Ability to identify and report potential problems to management

Job Duties
