Service in this role must comply strictly with the house standards and expectations, ensuring a consistent and uniform level of hospitality. Additional responsibilities include opening all wine and water bottles, accurately taking orders, maintaining neat and organized order tickets, inputting orders into the Micros point of service system, and handling multiple payment methods securely. At the end of shifts, the employee must complete all closing side work thoroughly, again following the SOPs to maintain operational excellence.
