As part of the Benchmark dining team, the part-time Server plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean, pleasant, and hospitable dining environment for all residents. With an hourly wage between $15 and $16.25, this part-time role offers competitive pay for associates dedicated to making a difference in the lives of seniors.

In this position, the Server is responsible for taking food and beverage orders, serving meals promptly, ensuring that dishes are both appetizing in presentation and satisfactory to residents’ needs, and setting up the dining area for ongoing service hours. Additionally, servers assist those residents who need help making meal selections or have specific dietary requirements, contributing to an overall positive dining experience. This role also involves inventorying supplies and managing food carts and trays effectively. Not only does this position require excellent customer service skills, but it also demands physical capability, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
