The Part-Time Server role at RLC is a vital position focused on delivering meaningful and joyful dining experiences to senior residents. Additionally, the server helps maintain the dining room’s presentation by clearing and resetting tables, handling dishes with care, filling water carafes, and preparing tables before meals. Attention to cleanliness and organization is also essential, requiring tasks such as vacuuming carpets and cleaning the salad bar. The server is responsible for delivering room service meals with a cheerful attitude and addressing residents’ comments and concerns respectfully, escalating issues when necessary.
