Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality full-service or senior living preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
  • availability to work flexible schedules including evenings weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • compliance with health safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • prepare food items and serve food to residents within scheduled time frame
  • clean and maintain food service areas including kitchen and dining room
  • communicate effectively with residents and staff in English both verbally and in writing
  • demonstrate good judgment problem solving and decision making skills
  • follow all health safety and sanitation guidelines
  • assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas
  • participate in team meetings and training sessions
