The Part-Time Security Associate role at The Fountains Resort is a critical position designed to ensure the safety and security of all guests, owners, and team members on the property. This role requires a vigilant, responsive, and customer-service-oriented individual who can handle a variety of security-related responsibilities, particularly during morning shifts from Monday to Wednesday. As a Security Associate, you will patrol the interior and exterior areas of the resort to identify any safety risks and respond swiftly to emergencies. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to patrol the property for 8-9 hours at a time
- Dedicated to greeting and working well with guests in a friendly and helpful manner at all times
- Ability to work various shifts throughout the week
- Previous experience in a customer service-focused security position
- Must have previous computer experience and excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills to write incident reports
Job Qualifications
- Ability to patrol the property for 8-9 hours at a time

- Prior experience working in a hotel
- Military or law enforcement background
- Current first aid CPR certifications
Job Duties
- Quickly respond to emergency conditions such as fire safety hazards threats to life and or property
- Patrol the interior and perimeter of the property to observe and identify potential safety and or security risks and or undesirable conditions
- Coordinate the alarm systems
- Maintain inspection reports and records
- Investigate all security incidents accidents suspicious activities safety and fire hazards and prepare a complete report to include statements from involved parties and witnesses
- Perform other duties as assigned by your leader
